My mission is to help women of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels take that first step toward a happier, healthier life.
A little about me
I’ve always been reasonably fit and healthy, and someone who could eat and drink what I wanted, give or take a few pounds. Marriage came along at 34, followed quickly by 2 children, so by my mid-40s I was juggling work, family life, after school activities and started to struggle mentally and physically. After chatting with friends and my GP I realised I was in full throws of the perimenopause phase of life and it was hitting me hard. My mum passed away when I was 37 and I never got the chance to discuss her menopause journey with her and naively thought I’d get through it with no issues or symptoms.
The low moods, anxiety, constant fatigue, being agitated by everything and everyone really started to concern me and my husband, as it was very out of character for a normally strong and healthy woman. These feelings could not be ignored and as I started to do the research, I became more and more interested in not only how I could help myself physically and mentally, but also coaching other women to look after themselves through this stage of their lives. So, I qualified as a Health Coach specialising in women’s health.
“The knowledge I have now has helped me immensely in my personal journey and now I want to share this to support other women facing similar challenges"

Always remember you are the architect of your own health. Making lifestyle changes is always worth it.
